Our Return and Refund policy consists of:
- Terms of return - You have 30 days from date of purchase to return the item. If not returning for any defect, return must be in original condition and contain all the original items. Failure to do so may invalidate your refund. Our company must be contacted prior to you returning the item. This will make sure you are satisfied with the entire process. Failure to contact us will invalidate your refund.
- State of return - Return must be returned in the exact condition when purchased,unless there is a defect, this includes all additional items that were delivered upon purchase.
- Reason for return - so as we can resolve your issue, please contact us and explaine in detail the issue or issues you are having. If there is no problem with the return other than your desire to return it, please inform us so that we can properly process your return.
- Return process - please contact our office as soon as possible, so we can properly preform your return and possible refund.
- Process of refund - after we have received your item, and provided it is in the condition required and has been sent in a timely manner and prior to the 30 day limit. Your refund will be processed usually, but not always, by refunding the card used for purchase.
