We are a young and up and coming Watch Company. With over a decade on experience in the watch world, we bring an fresh approach to the MicroBrand watch community. We focus on quality with all the watches we produce. It's a thought process that isn't seen often enough these days. We pride ourselves on the satisfaction our customers get when they wear our watches. Innovation is the thing that is missing these days in the MicroBrand Community. So we feel that a watch should first work by keeping accurate time. Have a complication that is desired and will last for decades (provided it's serviced properly). We know that design is important,. However, if the watch isn't functioning properly, then why would you really want it. Quality watches are not cheap and in a lot of cases even an heirloom that you can pass down through the generations. Not that great visual appeal isn't important, because that is as well so we first start with the movement and complications that we feel will best suit the new customer then we will work from there out trying to design something that will really get your heart moving can make you feel about wearing and enjoy showing off to your friends. We also stand behind every product, by having a warranty that is not typically found, even with some of the major watch brands, they do not consider providing a 10-year warranty. We do, in fact we believe in our watches so much, that we don't have a problem standing behind the workmanship and quality that you expect. We are very proud of what we produce and have such a since of pride when we hear how our watches are going to be left down to our customers children. To us that is the correct way to stand out in this industry.
Do you have an eye for design? Have you ever wanted to wear a watch that you helped create? Well here is your chance Event Horizon watch company is having logo design competition. It's for our 2023 microBrand watch competition and it's the model after the WW2 Dirty Dozen watches that were issued to soldiers during the war. The original logo was called a crow's foot or more correctly a broad Arrowhead. It was used by the British government to apply to different pieces of equipment to signify its use with the government. Technically you're not supposed to use that broad Arrowhead symbol, it was known as The King's mark. We have decided to get followers and fans in on the new design to update that logo to something more current that's where you step in. So this is a design competition within a competition. If you win the contest not only will you have your design being used on the watch itself but you'll also receive a brand new watch that you can wear proudly and show around to your friends and family what you helped to create. In development is what we consider a game changer especially in the micro brand watch community. This movement operates on five Hertz not the typical three or four Hertz that you see most of the time nowadays. That means it operates at 36,000 beats per hour and will have a 80 hour power Reserve. And the hands will tick at a rate of 10 per second. This makes the second hand sweep fluidly around the dial. This is achieved by building into the movement to mainstream barrels each can be charged with movement from your wrist as you go about your day wearing the watch. It of course can be wound manually if you so choose but if you're wearing the watch on a regular basis that will not be necessary. We are calling this movement the ultra high beat and are looking forward to its introduction into the market and here the amazing feedback we expect to get.
